GO GREEN EVEN ON THE EYES LOTD USING GREEN EYESHADOW

Hey everyone!
Yet another LOTD from yours truly, this time its more colorful than the usual brown and black. Hope you all like it.
So here we go
1.Begin by priming your lids with your favorite eye shadow base. I used the NYX EYESHADOW BASE. Then I applied a green gel eyeliner as a base all over the lids keeping it below the crease area and I did not create a "v" shape on the outer corner.

2. Next I applied a matte green eyeshadow on top of the green eye liner and then took the same eyeshadow on the lower lashline as lightly applied it.

3. Next taking a matte mid tone brown color on a small blending brush I applied it on the crease bringing it all the way in and lightly blended it.

4.  Next I took an orangish brown eyeshadow and applied it over the the brown careful not to smudge it with the brown and lightly blended it and then I applied the highlight shade just under the browbone.

5. For the inner corner I took just a little bit of lime green eyeshadow on the brush and placed it in the inner corner and blended it with the rest of the eye shadow.

5. I applied black gel eye liner and mascara and also smudged some dark eyeshadow on the lower lashline.

6. For the lips I applied REVLON LIP BUTTER IN TRUTI FRUTI & TBS Lipgloss IN 04. Here is the final look.

LOTD WITH A FUN COLOR POP ON THE EYES USING MAYBELLINE BAD TO THE BRONZE COLOR TATTOO

Hey everyone ,
This post is going to be a quick  LOTD. Just going through my blog I realised I have a lot of dramatic or heavier  eye looks which are fine to look at but not many occasions come by to try those out on a regular basis, except for maybe on the weekends or some event or to any family occasion.
So I thought for this post I would still play with colors but try to make it more wearable and day or night time appropriate.
For this look I tried to keep it simple with focusing on one one eye color.

I basically just primed my eyes and took my finger to apply the Maybelline BAD TO THE BRONZE color tattoo all over the lids.
Next I applied a black gel eye liner for the top and bottom lids.
And to add a fun element I applied a green gel eyeliner just below the waterline and winged it with the black liner on top.

To make it more dark and impactful I added a deep green matte eyeshadow over the green eyeliner. Its just a quick look when you are in a hurry and you may of-course change the color of the liner on the waterline.

METALLIC GREEN AND BROWN WITH A HINT OF GOLD EOTD

Hello everyone,
I am back with yet another EOTD. There is a very popular Indian festival for women called Teej that went by a few days back and its dedicated to women to pamper themselves during the monsoons. As greenery is an inherent part of the monsoons , this occasion is also triumphed by this color.
So this is an ode to women all across and I was inspired by the color GREEN.
Here is the final look.

For this look I have used the NYX WICKED DREAMS PALETTE for the GREEN color.

AND TARTE COSMETICS HOLIDAY EDITION PALETTE AND COASTAL SCENTS 88 ORIGINAL PALETTE. So lets get started

1. After priming the lids with NYX eyeshadow base I applied a green jumbo pencil all over the lids. I wanted a sharper shade around the edges so I used a tape in an angle upwards from the lower lash-line. 

2.Since I have pigmented eyelids and I wanted to use a lighter color on the crease I applied NYX jumbo eye pencil in MILK on the crease all the way up to the brow bone and blend it with my finger.  I also applied the same white jumbo pencil on the lower lash line.

3. Taking a coral color from the COASTAL SCENTS PALETTE  I applied it on the crease area with a fluffy blending brush and blended it well.

4. Next taking a matte brown eye-shadow I applied it on the outer corner of the eyelids and saturated the color giving more depth to the eyes.

5. I deepened the brown eye-shadow more and also applied the coral eye shadow on the lower lash-line.

For added drama I took little bit of the copper-gold eye shadow from the WICKED PALETTE and applied in the tear duct and also dabbed in the centre of the lids so it reflects more light. 

Next I applied a deep brown eye liner on the top and bottom lash line.

I applied some mascara. And here is the final look.
